IngredientsCarrots - 2 medium sized, grated
Sprouted lentils - 3 tbspn
1/3 tbspn black pepper powder
1 tspn rock salt (as per taste)
tomotoe - 1 medium sized
amla or Gooseberry - 1, grated
1 tbspn Olive oil extra virgin
- Cut tomatoe in small chunks.
- Mix grated carrot, sprouts, gooseberry and chunked tomatoe in a bowl. Toss well
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Add dressing and toss it well.
- Refrigerate for 20 mins.
- Serve chilled.
