Carrot Bean Salad

Ingredients

Carrots - 2 medium sized, grated
Sprouted lentils - 3 tbspn
1/3 tbspn black pepper powder
1 tspn rock salt (as per taste)
tomotoe - 1 medium sized
amla or Gooseberry - 1, grated
For Dressing
1 tbspn Olive oil extra virgin

Preparation

  1. Cut tomatoe in small chunks.
  2. Mix grated carrot, sprouts, gooseberry and chunked tomatoe in a bowl. Toss well
  3. Add salt and black pepper.
  4. Add dressing and toss it well.
  5. Refrigerate for 20 mins.
  6. Serve chilled.
