Greek Salad

Ingredients

Tomotoes - 2 medium sized, chopped
Cucumber - 1/2, chopped
Red onion - 1 medium sized, chopped
Yellow Bell pepper - 1/2, chopped (optional)
1/3 tbspn black pepper powder
1 tspn rock salt (as per taste)

For Dressing
2 tbsp Granulated powered Almonds and Walnut.
1 tbspn Olive oil extra virgin
1/2 tbspn honey
1 tbspn Vinegar


Preparation

  1. Mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Toss well
  2. Add salt and black pepper.
  3. Pour dressing and keep tosssing it well.
  4. Refrigerate for 20 mins.
Serve chilled.
