Traditional Background

It is a hot green dip, gives a great taste to rice, cutlets, paranthas or fritters, sandwiches.

Estimated cooking time : 20 mins.


Coriander leaves - 250 gm
Salt - 2 tbspn
Rock salt - 1 tbspn
Green chillies - 7 medium sized
Amchoor (dried mango powder) - 3 tbspn
Garlic - 5 flakes (Optional)
water - less than 1/4 cup.


Wash and clean coriander well. If using garlic, remove the peel of flakes.
  1. Add all the ingredients in jar and grind it until it becomes a green paste.
  2. Serve it as it is or cold with desired dish.
Storage Tips - Can be kept in refrigirator for 3 days.
